Announced 5/7/2012: Exam 2 is Tuesday, May 15th in quiz section. The exam covers Worksheets 12 through 18.

Exam 2 Review Overheads.
Detailed Review of the Exam 2 material: (Note the typo in the general power rule, it needs to be multiplied by f '(x)). Includes yet another write up of the derivative rules and the two major methods (global max/min and local max/min). The WS 17 and 18 stuff we will discuss fully next week.
Two linear programming examples to supplement the lecture on WS 18. You can wait to look at these until after Wednesday's lecture.

Announced 4/16/2012: Here are some Exam 1 Review overheads that will use during our review session on Friday.

Announced 4/13/2012: The first exam is TUESDAY, APRIL 24 in quiz section. There is a homework assignment due on the Friday before the exam. It would be a good idea to finish your homework early, so that you can start studying for the exam. Here is some more review information that should help:

An overview of Worksheets 9, 10 and 11: One note, the last example in this review explains how to do Worksheet 11/Problem 18abc (but it is listed as Worksheet 11/11.I, this is the old numbering from the book which refers to the first arrowed problem from Worksheet 11).

Announced 3/23/2012: Welcome to Math 112.
Your first task is to get the textbook at Professional Copy 'n' Print at 1414 NE 42nd St. (One block South of the bookstore).
Then you need to print off the coursepack.
