GRADING FAQ -- PLEASE READ:
1) All your scores are shown in Catalyst, even those that were dropped in your grade computation.
I did drop your lowest
hwk, activity and participation scores when computing your Total Score.
Unfortunately the software does not allow me to indicate explicitly which scores were dropped.

2) Blanks indicate missing assignments that were excused and did not affect your grade.

3)
Your Total Score is your overall class percentage, and it was computed according to the grade breakdown listed in the syllabus, after dropping the lowest hwk, activity and participation scores.
4) The conversion to a grade point was done according to the posted "
Grading" scheme.
Some grade points ended up higher than in the scheme, due to grade adjustments for class performance.

5) You can pick up your final exam at my office hours during the Winter quarter.
You can find my office hours at the top of this webpage.
I'll need to know your class (Math 111), quiz section (AA, CD, etc), and your last name.
If you wish to keep your final exam, you're welcome to do so, but you should check it carefully before leaving my office. I do not re-grade final exams after the exam has been picked up.

Have a wonderful winter break!
