Mathematics Minor

Please note that registration in certain math courses is restricted to Math Majors for Period I registration, and in some cases that restriction continues through Period II. We strongly recommend that anyone interested in declaring a Math Minor should talk with an advisor about the minor requirements and course availability, and plan to declare it early in their academic career.

Core Requirement (21-25 credits)

Math 124, 125, 126 Calculus (15 credits)

Math 307 Differential Equations, Math 308 Matrix Algebra with Applications(6);

OR

Math 134, 135, 136 Accelerated (Honors) Calculus (25) (includes 10 credits for advanced placement)

Electives (12 credits)

12 credits (8 credits if you have completed Math 134-5-6)of mathematics courses numbered 301 or higher.
