What I Did On My Summer Vacation: Undergraduate Research Internships, Neural Networks, & Airport Security

This talk will give a brief overview of the history and function of Neural Networks. We will then look at a particular example of using Neural Networks in an image processing task for airport security, based on work conducted as an undergraduate research intern at Pacific Northwest National Labs.
