QS = Quiz Sections
The Office of Educational Assessment gives all instructors an opportunity to conduct an evaluation of their teaching skills. The evaluation is done at the very end of the quarter. The instructor must order forms in the middle of the quarter. The evaluation is private and anonymous. The instructor must not remian in the room while it is being done.
The summary of evaluations was kindly done by Karen Freisem , a CIDR consultant. She also suggested the unofficial midquarter evaluation form for Spring Quarter 2011. She helped a lot to improve my teaching skills. Many thanks to you, Karen!
