Electronic version (restricted access). Hard copies should be at the University Book Store now.

I encourage you to read the preface and first chapter soon as an introduction to the course. Other light background reading to prepare for the course: Frank Morgan's Riemannian Geometry: a Beginner's Guide, QA685 .M76 (either version).
