  • Teaching Assistant — University of Washington (2007-present)
    • Taught quiz section in Calculus I
  • Reasearch AssistantBYU Tropical Algebra Research Group (2005-2007)
    • Worked under the direction of Tyler Jarvis researching topics in tropical algebra.
    • Developed a Maple package that can graph, analyze, and otherwise manipulate tropical polynomials.
  • Research Assistant — BYU Summer REU (2006)
    • Participated in a Summer REU at Brigham Young University under the direction of Michael Dorff and Gary Lawlor.
  • Teaching Assistant — BYU Math Tutorial Lab (2005-2006)
    • Tutored individual students and taught class reviews for students in calculus, linear algebra, abstract algebra, and beginning analysis
