I'll talk about solutions of the equation xⁿ+yⁿ=zⁿ over a fiew rings. In particular, I will describe all of the solutions over the field C(t) of rational functions in one variable with complex coefficients. (See if you can figure it out before Thursday!) As it turns out, algebraic geometry is awesome.
