These are directions to add a papaer to the list of papers.

1. In this directory edit the file:

	index.html

ei. Add an entry, every entry between the <UL> and </UL> lines, which 
   should look more or less as follows:



3. Copy the paper to this directory, usually the command:

  cp $HOME/Papers/NamePaper.ps .

   will do that job

4. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!, unprotect the file, so that it can be seen by 
   others in the web

  chmod 755 NamePaper.ps
