Don’t forget that the midterm is next Friday, July 14. Also, you will be doing

didn’t get the guide, here it is: Midtermstudyguide.pdf

Monday, July 17.
You can see solutions to the midterm here. The
statistics for the exam are as follows:
|
Average |
34.3 |
|
Median |
35.5 |
|
Top
Quartile |
>41.5 |
|
Bottom
Quartile |
<28.5 |
Median is the middle score. That is, half the class got
a higher score then 35.5, and half got less than 35.5. One quarter of the class
got higher than 41.5, and one quarter go less than 28.5. On Tuesday July 18 you
will be doing the fifth week’s worksheet. You can find the worksheet here: IntByParts.pdf
·
On Tuesday July 25
you will be doing the fifth week’s worksheet. You can find the worksheet here:
PartialFractions.pdf
·
On Tuesday August 1
you will be doing the seventh week’s worksheet. You can find the worksheet here:
IntegrationTechniques.pdf
·
I’ve changed my
mind, and instead of the eighth week’s worksheet, on Tuesday, August 8 you will
be doing the ninth week’s worksheet. You can find the worksheet here: DiffEQ.pdf
·
You can find the
study guide for the final here.
It is a little long, but I tried to make it more than just a simple list of the
topics. Rather, I included a little bit of information on each of the topics,
and many formulas. Also, there are some suggested problems. As with the midterm
study guide, I wouldn’t expect you to do all of the problems, but you may want
to look at one or two from each section.
