About Me
My research lies in Inverse Problems and Partial Differential Equations as a student of Gunther Uhlmann. In particular, I am interested in partial data problems in computed tomography and radiative transport.
Besides mathematics, I am an avid jazz fan and have been playing saxophone since middle school. The connection between jazz improvisation, mathematics, and language is simple: all involve a bit of creativity paired with a sufficient internal grasp of specific bits of knowledge, ranging from simple to complex.
Teaching
I am currently the TA for Math 441 with professor Zhenqing Chen for Fall 2011. The course webpage can be found here.
