Assignments
- Assignment due Wed 9/26: Review vectors and the class activity from Monday so that you can do such problems correctly and confidently (this may be checked on Wednesday)
Specifically, such problems as this: "Do these two parameterizations parametrize the same line? [3, 1, 4 + t[2, -1, 1] and [1, 2, 3] + t[-4, 2, -2]" and
"Are the lines AB and PQ perpendicular (orthogonal) if A = [0,0], B = [2, 1], P = [3, 2], Q = [4, 0]?" --- Note all vectors typed as rows should be written as columns.
- Assignment due Fri 9/28: WebAssign: Get logged into WebAssign and do some of the orientation work. In particular there are two exercises (Intro to WebAssign and Exercise 1) due Friday
morning by 9 AM as explained in the class email (or just look in WebAssign).
