This NSF project developed a set of linear algebra teaching materials based on Maple Software. This was published as Linear Algebra Modules for Interactive Learning Using Maple 6 (ISBN 0-2-1--44135-7), which is now out of print.
A descendent of this work is the book Visual Linear Algebra with Maple and Mathematica Tutorials by
Eugene A. Herman and Michael D. Pepe (John Wiley and Sons).
This was an experimental program to prepare "career changers" to be middle school math and science teachers. It was part of a partnership called SST (Strengthening and Sustaining Teachers), that involved Seattle Public Schools, Seattle Education Association, UW College of Education and UW Arts and Sciences. As one part of this program I offered a one-week geometry course, the notes of which are linked here.
