To convert your homework scores into a numerical grade from 0.0–4.0, use the following formula: first, figure out your total homework score as a percentage of the possible score. Call this number P. Then use this formula:

Your HW grade = P/25 + 0.2

This formula means that 95% (and up) gets a 4.0, 90% gets a 3.8, and so on. Homework grades above 4.0 are rounded down to 4.0. Remember that your lowest score will be dropped when I compute P.

No late homework in this class! No exceptions at all, so don't even ask!

If you need to miss a class when an assignment is due, you should put the homework in my mailbox in Padelford C-120 *before class*. Or you should ask a classmate to turn it in for you.

Do not drop off the homework in my office in the Art building. I am not guaranteed to go there before giving the homework to the grader, and if I don't get it by then it will not be turned in.
