Some old and recent developements in positive curvature
Within the last 7 years there has been a revival in the
study of manifolds with either positive sectional or positive Ricci curvature.
I'll speak about just one of these curvatures but I'm sure which yet. In
either case I'll tall about why positive curvature is a nice thing to study
and I'll give a survey of some classical and recent results in the subject..
