Pacific Northwest Geometry Seminar
Travel Reimbursements for Participants
The NSF grant that funds the Pacific Northwest Geometry Seminar provides limited
funds to reimburse travel expenses for PNGS participants, including roundtrip
transportation, hotel, and meals for the weekend. The funds are available to graduate
students or faculty members who do not have NSF grants that include travel funds.
First priority goes to graduate students from the participating universities (Oregon
State, Stanford, U. of Oregon, Portland State, UBC, U. of Utah, U. of Washington).
If you are affiliated with one of these universities and are interested in travel
support, please contact one of the PNGS
organizers at your university no later than three weeks before the date
of the conference.
Participants from other institutions may be supported if funds are available.
Travel support is limited to graduate students or faculty members who do not
have NSF grants that provide travel funds. If you are not affiliated with a
participating university and would like to be placed on a waiting list for travel
support, contact Jim Isenberg (isenberg@uoregon.edu)
as soon as possible.
