Workshop structure
For those who arrive by dinner time Friday, we'll organize an informal get-together dinner at a restaurant close to the Silver Cloud Inn. People should congregate in the Silve Cloud's lounge around 7pm.

Saturday morning will consist of presentations by participating VIGRE sites, discussing what has worked, what they have discovered (perhaps even accidentally), and what things have not turned out as well as originally planned.

After a break for lunch, we'll discuss future directions for efforts to increase participation in the mathematical sciences, in the context of upcoming NSF initiatives. Richard Millman, VIGRE Program Director, will be present to listen to us and to inform us of current NSF thinking.

The Workshop will conclude with a dinner at Ivar's Salmon House.
