International Students:
New TAs who are not native speakers of
English are required to demonstrate proficiency in spoken English, and to
participate in the International TA Program. (There is one exemption: non-native
speakers of English who received a Bachelor's Degree from a U.S. institution are
not required to
demonstrate proficiency in spoken English or
to participate in the International TA Program)
