Grading: |
Your grade will be based equally on homework, two midterms, and a final. In case you must miss a midterm, I would very much appreciate ADVANCE NOTICE so that other arrangements can be made to take it. If you cannot complete a homework assignment on time, you can always turn it in by 3:00 on the day it is due to the grader's mailbox (24)(the grader's email is weinkaufdan@gmail.com). PLEASE turn in WHATEVER YOU CAN rather than nothing. In all tests you may use two letter-sized pages (one sheet front and back of notes in your own handwriting). |
Incompletes and Drops: |
The grade of Incomplete will be given ONLY if a student has been doing satisfactory work until the end of the quarter and then misses the final exam for a documented illness, religious reason, or family emergency. |
What to Expect: |
We will continue the treatment in Math 126, focussing mostly on integration; more specfically, we will learn about some of the integrals that have been defined in higher dimensions and the relationships between these integrals. |
