Periodically an actuary visits the campus to discuss actuarial
careers with interested students. Notice of these meetings will be posted
in the Math Advising Office, C-36 Padelford, and are also advertised in the
Math Department ``Newsletter''. These meetings give the student an
opportunity to learn what actuaries do, and to talk to someone who is
