The homework assignments below are subject to change. Any changes will be announced in class and noted on the announcements page. It is your responsibility to make sure you complete the correct assignment.

Homework Policy - All homework must be done following these rules:

1. You must show all work needed to arrive at the final answer. No credit will be given if you don't show your work. Remember, your goal is to convince the grader that you know what you are doing. A final answer alone convinces nobody (even if it is correct).
2. You may work with other students, however, you must write up your own solutions.
3. You must staple all pages together (in order) with all the problems appearing in the order they were assigned. Leave space between problems and write clearly so that your homework doesn't look like a big jumble of heiroglyphics.
4. Wherever it is appropriate, put a box around your final answer. For example, if your final answer is a graph, you don't need to put a box around it.

For the ambitious: Some of you may want to work ahead (not a bad idea). However, it is possible that we will have to adjust some of the HW assignments slightly. For this reason, I recommend that you start each new worksheet on a new page. Also, try not to get too far ahead (stay withing a week or two of the class). This will help keep you in touch with class discussions.
