Exams & Quizzes (Math 307 F - Spring 2009)
Rules for the exams: You are allowed one two-sided 8.5"x11" sheet of handwritten notes, and a scientific (non-graphing) calculator. There are no makeup exams.
Rules for quizzes: Unless otherwise specified, you are allowed a calculator (any kind) but no notes, and you will generally be given about 20 minutes. If you miss a quiz on Friday, you can download it from the website and take it on your own time, and I will give you half credit if you turn it in by the following Wednesday.

- Material Covered: Sections 3.1, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 4.1, 4.2 from Boyce and DiPrima
- Study Resources:
- Makeup problem for question 2. This is due Friday, June 5, in lecture. See the .pdf file for instructions.
- If you think part of your test needs to be regraded, you have until Wednesday, June 3 to bring your concerns to my attention. Unless it is a simple calculation error, any request for a regrade must be made in writing, clearly explaining why you think the problem was graded incorrectly. If you make such a request, I will completely regrade the entire problem, which means you may gain points, lose points, or have no change in your score.

Final
- Date: Monday, June 8, 2009
- Time and Location: 2:30 - 4:20 p.m. in More 234 (the usual classroom)
- Material Covered: Sections 6.1 - 6.4, plus all the material covered on the two previous exams, the quizzes, and the homework assignments.
