The collection of files "blah.info", "blah.texi", and "blah.dvi" all have the same content, just in different formats. The html versions of these files are accessible from the Lightning Completion and Ultra-TeX home page (or you can get the corresponding .texi file and then use this nice texinfo-to-html translator.)
