No makeup midterms will be given. In case you need to miss a midterm because of a documented illness or an extreme, unexpected circumstance, please contact the instructor as soon as feasible. Petition for taking the common make up final must be turned in as soon as possible to the Math Advising Office.

Midterm 1: on Tuesday 4/20 in section .

It will cover sections 10.1, 10.2 (no area, no surface area) 12.1 through 12.6 and 13.1, 13.2 and 13.3 only up to arclengthi but no reparametrization according to arclength, i.e something like EXAMPLE 1 could be in the midterm, but EXAMPLE 2 will not (no curvature, normal and binormal vectors)

Recent exams with solutions provided by Dr Loveless.They contain some material that we have not covered yet. In the first midterm you can skip problems 4,5 and 6 ; in midterm 2 skip problem 3; in midterm 3 you can do all problems; in midterm 4 skip 1 and 5a).
