Suggestion Box for Math 112A     -    Spring 1999

You can now send anonymous e-mail to your Math 112 instructor. This can be used make suggestions, offer praise or criticism, send in QUESTIONS for the Friday Q&A, ...

How  it works

1. Mail is addressed to:

        m112a-box@ms.washington.edu

2. The "Subject:" line MUST contain only your student number.

3. Write the e-mail message as you would any other e-mail.

4. Some mail programs automatically add "signature" lines
to the end of your e-mail.  Make sure you remove those
signature lines.  The process for making the mail
anonymous DOES NOT remove signature lines from the body
   of the e-mail.

5. Send the mail.

6. Your student number is looked up on the 10th day enrollment
file from the UW registrar's office.  If your student
number is not on file, the mail is rejected and returned
   to you.

7. If the lookup of student number is successful, the
text of your message is forwarded to your instructor,
after removing any identifying information.  You will
receive a message saying your mail was forwarded.
