Representation Theory Codes
These maple codes implement the algorithms referred to in the paper
"Generic representation theory of quivers with relations", by Eric
Babson, Birge Huisgen-Zimmermann and Rekha Thomas. They compute
equations for the distinguished affine patches accompanying skeleta in
a Grassmannian parameter space for representations of finite
dimensional algebras. See Introduction and Section 3.C in this
paper. The irreducible components of these patches can be computed
from the equations using the computer algebra package Singular. Click
here for instructions on computing primary decompositions in
Singular.
