If you go outside the building from the baggage level of the Seattle-Tacoma international airport, you should find their courtesy phone at either north or south end of the building. Use the courtesy phone to tell them where you want to go and then wait at a nearby area for their van to come. If you wish to go to our department, tell them to drop you off at the Husky Union Building (abbreviated as HUB) in the University of Washington. Our building is located at the northeast side of the HUB, so you just need to cross a 2-lane street from where they drop you off (and use the entrance on the north side; otherwise you can get lost inside our maze-like building).
